Our Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Blue Streak Wines & Spirits LLC that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

We make free local deliveries to Long Island City, Astoria, Roosevelt Island, Greenpoint BK and select areas in Queens. We use common carriers for all other deliveries. Any order over $250 is shipped for free.

We ship to all areas of New York State. Shipping out of state is restricted on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to find out if we can ship to your location, please give us a call at 718-706-9463 or email to info@bluestreakwine.com. 

Due to restrictive regulations, we cannot accept orders for shipment to the following locations:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massechusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington State, Wisconsin

FedEx orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday. FedEx will contact you with your tracking number, shipping date, and anticipated delivery date.

For all orders to be shipped, once your purchase is complete, you hereby authorize us to transfer your purchased items to a FedEx. You hereby agree to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding importation of alcohol into your state. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Blue Streak Wines & Spirits to buyer in the State of New York, which is why we charge New York sales tax on your order.

During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, Blue Streak cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Blue Streak Wines & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.
