Return Policy

Returns are welcome as long as the product is intact and in sellable condition. Opened products cannot be returned with the exception of corked products.

Orders over $1000 may not be returned without prior written confirmation from a management staff member. 

Corked wines are always replaceable. We want you to have the best experience a bottle of wine can offer and we are happy to take back bottles that have cork-taint. Please return the bottle (still full) with it's original cork. We will test the wine in the store and if it is found to be corked, we will happily replace it with a good bottle.
